I&#8217;ve also been re-reading my first MS to look for structural issues (found; fixing).</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jane I am in and out of the Calder valley area of W.Yorks and thoroughly recommend it as a novel setting &#8211; get your Bronte/Ted Hughes/Gallows Pole on, sort of thing. Happy to provide pics, though I am very much a &#8220;smartphone photograhper&#8221;. As I write fantasy it doesn&#8217;t feature per se but it is certainly an inspiring spot. </p>

I stopped using Strava for cycling for the same reason, namely that it becomes, for me, about word count and targets than actual enjoyment of the activity, and that can affect quality. Or maybe something that could be a quote at the moment of change that hints at the situation: &#8220;Abby Smith Is Hiding&#8221; or something. </p>
