Woke up this morning to two bits of good news, and being as today is extremely dreich, I’m sharing them here…
‘This is not forgiveness’, a short from the Now and Then Cloud comp has been accepted into the Disturbing the Beast antho by Boudicca Press.
And Great Weather For Media have nominated my flash piece published with them for a couple of those annual across-all-publications prizes. Which prob won’t go anywhere but is a lovely compliment from them.
I’ve not bothered subbing shorts for a while but this has reminded me that they can be a nice wee boost when you need one! 🙂Congratulations, Raine! I remember your excellent story from Now and Then. And good luck re the nomination.
