Welcome to Class 3 of the DIY MA.

This time, we are going with a slightly longer stretch as it’s over the Christmas period. We will have closer to 6 weeks, with Class 4 starting on 6th January. This will give us all time to catch up, regroup, and deal with life over the festive season.

On the subject of self-publishing, two to-be-proofed books uploaded to Blurb on Saturday afternoon were received before midday today. I did wait for a 30% discount offer; ordered six titles in all and p&p was £14.

Thinking about it, this psychology stuff is probably ‘inner worlds’ rather than the ‘outer worlds’ this unit was supposed to be focusing on. But imo the inner has to come first, right? I’ve been very bad and not even finished the reading assignment. Things keep cropping up to divert me. We are off on a cruise at Christmas with several sea days so I will catch up on all reading then if not before.

Sorry for not contributing this session. I did the reading, and enjoyed it, and think I’ll use some of the exercises to expand on what I already do when I’m planning. I didn’t get around to doing anything for this bit as I’m at totally the wrong point in any of my wips for it to work, and needed to get something finished, etc, etc!
