Kate Hudson

Congratulations Philippa.

Great stuff, Philippa – best of luck.

Brilliant news, Phillipa. Sorry I won’t be there to cheer you on – will have to cheer from the Den. Rooting for you though and can’t wait to hear how it goes 🙂

Always great to have ‘one of our own’ to cheer on. Mind you, I’m going to have to hold myself in check. Apparently, I’m doing the comp intros on both Friday and Saturday this year. Even though the decision isn’t down to me, I’ll be tempted to jump up and down and yell, ‘Vote for her!’

I’ve messaged Neil Evans on FB, since he wasn’t on your list, Ath.

Good luck with the submissions. This is a great thread.

RichardB – you were in my self-edit group and I remember your fab story. Good luck with dusting it down, giving it a polish and, hopefully, getting it back out there again. I do hope you do well. Certainly, you write well.

I took two years off writing after more than a few setbacks. It was…[Read more]

Hi Graeme. Hi Louise. Glad you could join us 🙂

Yes a space for a mini CV would be nice.

Also, my browser tab for Den Of Writers has a blank icon – it’s called a favicon there are instructions for how to set it here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4888377/how-to-add-a-browser-tab-icon-favicon-for-a-website – simplest method is to get the icon perhaps as a PNG file, rename the file to…[Read more]
