Me too – a ‘This site isn’t working’ notice. Both Cloud and YWP Has happened before and come back … fingers crossed.

I’m neck-deep in prep for York and reading for the Costas (largest ever entry this year), as well as trying to sort out the new platform for the course. Richard – FWIW, you also have us. One of the things I’d like the Den to be, as the Cloud has been at its best, is a place for mutual assistance, advice, support and so on. This has been a really encouraging thread for someone whose still battering at the agents’ doors. I am definitely one for bloody minded perseverance, so I’ve got that one ticked, and am always striving to improve my craft. I’ll take a look at those podcasts Philippa, they sound excellent.

Excellent point about craft, Philippa. I’ve always been rather, um…informal about how I approach structure etc but the more I learn, the more criticial I find it to be. Yes, it disappeared earlier this morning. Same happened yesterday but it came back. Rather a long break today 🙁
Knowing little about how these things work, it feels as though we’re in a bit of a death spiral now, but for all I know it will continue to limp on indefinitely
Somewhere else is also down – as is the SocialGo.com site and also their ‘cache’ server. It’s not looking good.
I have a bad feeling about this
(Not especially, it’s just that ever since watching Star Wars I take every opportunity to say that. See also ‘watch your mouth kid, or you’ll find yourself floating home.’ Most of all, I wanted to shoot a radio and say ‘boring conversation anyway’.
