Went for a stroll on the beach this morning and fell down the cliff! No harm done the video is on YouTube @ mrbazzer2011 for those interested. Well, you have to keep yourself active when you’re of a certain age don’t you?

Thanks all, I’m fine. It wasn’t as if I fell top to bottom and it doesn’t happen all the time I don’t usually go down if it’s too wet.
