Text on this (main?) wall is much better, sizewise… still working my way round. What’s the difference between posting this in profile or group? Am doing it in profile, so hope it can be seen!

This is the Main wall – you’re right. So this is public. If you post on the group wall it’s private and can only be seen by group members. The main wall displays everything – forum topic updates, comments, personal activity updates – everything that isn’t private. It’s a continuous body of rolling information. Just like the Cloud wall despite appearances. The group wall works in the same way but is only available to group members. And WordPress for some reason allows you about 5 different ways of doing anything so you can post by going to activity (main or group) and posting an update, ypu can post by putting up a topic in a forum or by commenting, or you can post direct from your profile. Your profile collects all your activity and any posts you are tagged in which is a bit confusing to start with but makes things easier to find in the long run.
