In seriousness: if you are struggling with just filling the space and doing it, why not have a play? Load the scene with symbolism. Pack out the scenery with things that are little foreshadows on which you can make good later. Use the chapter as a test board for some snazzy new devices. Or just give it the old [MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN HERE THAT DOES [xyz plot function]] and move to a later chapter.
